"If I could give my insurance agent, Mr. John McCaw, I worked with more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Being with American Family/Connect (Costco insurance) for my auto insurance since 2019, I was not looking to move insurance companies until I realized how much my insurance went up with them over the last year for no reason.
